Once an order for a print has been placed and already is "In Production", no changes or cancellations are allowed to the artwork files, characteristics, or printing turnaround time.
Nevertheless, we understand that we are all human beings and we do mistake sometimes.
We will try our best to cancel your order if it is possible.
If the need to cancel your order for a print occurs, we are kindly asking you to use “Cancel My Order” button in “My Orders” in your account.
After you confirm that you want to cancel your order you will receive an email confirmation, where you will be able to see if your order was cancelled or not.
If your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a refund for the order amount to your account on Print-services.com.

Since each order is unique to each customer, it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final.
If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print and reship the order, but we will not be able to make a refund or place Credit to your account.
If you notice and discover any defects in your print - you need to contact us within 10 days, since the order reception and send the photo of the defect to email@example.com
In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received products within 30 days (at their own expense) from the moment the order was delivered.
All new charges related to expediting printing are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

Monitors display colors in the RGB (additive) color space, while printing is based on the CMYK (subtractive) color space.
Colors can shift dramatically when transformed from one space to another.
Monitors are not well-suited for making critical color judgments or evaluations, but they are perfectly suitable for making basic color and layout decisions
(i.e. If you specify an object on a page as green, it will be green, maybe a slightly different shade of green).
Color ink jet or desktop laser printers cannot show how the offset printed colors will look on a print, as they cannot be calibrated, and color consistency is highly variable.
Nevertheless, you can be sure that your print will definitely look better than laser printer copy!
"Production speed", or "turnaround time" is how fast your order moves from proof approval to shipping.
Our average turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
This is the time required to complete all in-house production steps— plating, printing, bindery and packaging— after you approve your proof.
It does not include shipping time. Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed, fully paid and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing order, and approved for printing.
For printing orders that do not have complete digital source files provided or have files that are not print-ready, printing turnaround time starts when we have your print-ready file(s).
Please note that there is no production or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not taken into account, when calculating printing turnaround time.
In addition, while Production Turnaround includes printing, cutting, and binding, it does not include design, mailing, or shipping transit times.
For example, a print order for three-day printing turnaround that you approved by 4:00 P.M. EST on Tuesday will be shipped out to you by Friday evening.
Print-services.com does not send out hard copy proofs. All proofs can be viewed online.
What you see on the preview approval page is close to what will be printed.
Keep in mind that all monitors reflect a slight variation of color.

EMS (Express Mail Service)
When orders shipped internationally, reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Delays may also occur during the busy periods of years, when postal service is overloaded with mail, such as Christmas, New Year and so on.
Apart from that, the delay may occur due to the unforeseen unfavorable weather conditions. For example, if there is an overlay Munich-Chicago and weather conditions are unflyable - flight and correspondingly your order may be delayed for a day.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed on Friday after 7 PM CET (Central European Time) will be processed the following Monday.
Print-services.com will contact you with a follow-up email if due to technical problems your order cannot be completed or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Estimate delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.
Delivery time is different for each country and can be seen in the shopping cart during checkout.
We try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, nevertheless there may occur delays during the busy periods of the year (e.g. Easter, Christmas).
Print-services.com complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our suppliers.
If you are ordering canvas print, frame print or set of panels, keep in mind that dimensions of the package must not exceed 1 x 1.5 m (39.3 x 59 in), although weight of the package is unlimited.
Thus, you can order several framed art prints and have them shipped in one package, if dimensions of each of them do not exceed the above-mentioned limits.
Print-services.com ships orders from headquarters, located in Europe, which is why you should take into account that your order can be classified as an IMPORT.
If you refuse a shipment from Print-services.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any Import Fees that are incurred on the package.
If the order arrives on time and in good condition it cannot be rejected or returned for any type of compensation (including reprint, store credit or refund).
Orders returned to Print-services.com with status "undeliverable as addressed" will be reshipped as soon as the correct shipping address is provided.
If the order delay is caused by Print-services.com, it may be eligible for upgrade of shipping type, or compensation of expedited shipping costs in the form of a store credit or refund.
